Reporting
Our website's reports provide comprehensive and customisable visualisations of entry and exit data across all clients, worksites, and offices, accessible anytime via our secure cloud platform. Users can select a specific time range, such as today, this week, last week, this month, last month, or a custom date range, to analyse activity across multiple locations. The data resolution is fully adjustable, allowing users to view daily, weekly, or monthly summaries. This flexibility ensures that organisations can monitor trends, optimise operations, and make informed decisions tailored to their unique needs across all sites.
Accessing the Charts
The charts can be accessed from a number of locations through the cloud UI, depending on the data which is being summarised.
The events log contains events across all sites linked to an account, the reports that can be found on the events log page and displayed by navigating to the right-hand side of the page where the chart option can be selected.
The reports can also be viewed for specific controllers on any worksite. These are accessed through the Controllers page by clicking the Controller’s events button and then navigating to the chart selection.
The same logic applies to site-specific reports which can be found on the Sites page under the management tab, where the user should navigate to the events button for the desired site, where the tabulated and chart views will be available.
Filtering Data
Each chart can also be filtered by a date range and specific companies. The date range can be selected through the calendar icon which contains a calendar and some helpful presets to quickly display daily, weekly or monthly data. A date range can be selected by selecting a start date and then clicking on the desired end date. The charts can also filter companies through the company filter drop-down menu.
